SIOUX CITY’S PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL OFFER STEM YOUTH EVENTS IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. YOUTH SERVICES MANAGER ADRIENNE DUNN SAYS THE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO TEACH CHILDREN BEGINNING CODING CONCEPTS:
