I spent the afternoon reading thank you letters (and very witty commentary) from Mrs. Gerkin’s 5th grade class Cardinal Elementary-SSC
Some takeaways:
* I wake up way too early (true)
* One student thought the tour of Powell Broadcasting was more exciting than the Capitol in Lincoln
* Another student said “I was funny by the way I am”. (Not quite sure what that means – but, I chuckled)
Also, Candice gave the sage advice of showing up 10 minutes early, staying 10 minutes late and to never steal as a way to keep a job. Good stuff.
